Quality is what Carnival UK customer service is all about. As a Reservations Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for offering customers nothing less than a flawless first impression.

Our Brands include P&O Cruises, Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, Ocean Village Holidays and the Yachts of Seabourn, and Carnival UK brings them all under one roof.

You will be the single point of contact for our discerning customers. Our busy Reservations Centre in Southampton has recently won the â??Best UK Call Centreâ?? award. With more than 200 Cruise Consultants handling over 30,000 calls a week, we quote fares, process cruise and excursion reservations and tailor exclusive offers to individual needs.
