Job Description:

Reports directly to the Administrative Director, responsibilities include back office duties (credit cards management, daily balancing/control of the transactions effected by the various point of sales, Costa Cards printout) and front office activities (control and collection of Guests payment at the end of the cruise, exchange office, cash deposits).

The position requires a high level of confidentiality, due to the nature of the information being processed.

Candidate must have:

- At least one yearâ??s administrative work experience
- High school Diploma, preferably in accounting. A University Degree is considered a plus
- Excellent fluency in English and Italian and one other language among French, German, Spanish, at a conversational level
- Certified computer skills
- Organization abilities; personal attributes to include attention to details and Guest oriented problem solving
- Adaptability and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues
