Training and Development Manager

Job Description:

For this role, you are needing to have been in a T&D role for at least 2 years and have at least the education level matching or surpassing a bachelors degree.

Contracts: 4 months on the ship and 2 months off with vacation pay then you come back to work.

Salary: Competitive salary starting from US$3,000 a month â?? paid 12 months of the year

Bonus: There is a bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary too...subject to terms and conditions

Contract length: It's a 4/2 contract

Sripes: 2.5 stripes position (so you would be eligible for medical insurance coverage too).

Benefits: Transportation to and from the ship, private cabin, meals, medical, cruise & officer privileges.
