Job Description:

Responsible for the overall service and hospitality standards, for all international guests, by extending personal service as warranted and following up on guestsâ?? requests. Will respond to guest requests regarding cabin changes, lost luggage and any other questions or concerns pertaining to the ships operation.

Responsible for the translation, maintenance, printing and distribution of all the foreign language written materials (Capers, Menu, Tour Description Sheets, Order Forms, Life Boat Drill Information, Room Service Menus etc.).
