Objectives of Training and Development Manager:
â?? To manage and coordinate all personnel related activities which concern the entire crew on the OCI vessels constantly looking for ways to improve the well being of the Crew.
â?? Facilitates and ensures training of all shipboard employees according to OCI standards and requirements as well as maintenance of same.
â?? Maintains, monitors and reinforces all personnel standards and policies.
â?? Provides HOD and crew counseling in personnel related matters.
â?? Provides and offers review stage of performance evaluations.
â?? Coordinates and organizes onboard monthly award programs for crew together with Captain and General Manager.
â?? Etc.
