Objective:
â?? Provides guests with the highest level of service in matters related to shore excursion bookings, private shore activities and disembarkation arrangements.
â?? Implements and maintains guidelines and procedures set out by RSSC.
â?? Provide guests with port and tour information
â?? Oversee the dispatching of excursions
â?? Ensure a smooth disembarkation procedure for guests
â?? Prepare tour schedule prior to each cruise
â?? Performs live and recorded Port and Shore Excursion Presentations
â?? Etc.
