Job Description:
Disney Cruise Line brings the magic of Disney to the high seas with 2 ships (soon to be 4!) sailing 3-, 4-, and 7-night cruises to the Caribbean and Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO LIVE AND WORK ONBOARD A SHIP FOR ENTIRE CONTRACT.
The average contract length is 4 months on (7-days per week), 2 months off.
SUMMARY:
- Main contact point for all new hires when they board the ship; conducts new hire training and supports the new hires during their transition to shipboard life
- First point of contact in HR for Crew-related issues. Makes sure Crew-related issues are dealt with promptly and appropriately
- Human Resources liaison for ship-wide Guest service standards and on-the-job training.
