Exhibit consistent and sustained performance in achieving or exceeding Jewellery sales goals whilst demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the Boutiques operated onboard Princess Cruises vessels.

Complete Jewellery sales transactions on the Omron point of sale system and exhibit knowledge of Boutique systems, sales and procedures, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Conducts informative lecture presentations in a professional manner. Provides accurate and knowledgeable informations about ring sizing and after sales service. Visually presents Jewellery merchandise to enhance and promote sales and restock and rotate merchandise as necessary.
