The Chief Housekeeper plays a key role in making that happen! By directing the ship’s overall housekeeping function, some day-to-day activities include:

• fashioning a positive and exciting work atmosphere
• administering all housekeeping-related events
• creating fresh ideas to improve employee satisfaction and morale
• training and mentoring employees for promotion and career advancement
• striving to meet and maintain absolute sanitation and cleanliness onboard

The Chief Housekeeper develops and implements fresh and creative methods to promote Royal Caribbean’s core values & standards, by way of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations! Minimum requirements

• 5 to 7 years experience in Housekeeping Management
• 4-year university degree
• ability to lead and mentor an international crew
