Possible advancement in the future of a tutorial position as well. This position is commission based at the moment, subject to change as the role is progressed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Shipboard Position preferably within the Purser Department
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- Understanding of highest level of service
- Ability to handle targets & deadlines & to perform well under pressure
- Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Must have background & relevant degree in Human Resources / Sales or the equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To recruit on behalf of Tui Pier 28 (NZ) Ltd in country of origin
- Familiar with the requirements Shipboad, preferably in a Managerial Position
- Effective administration Skills & the ability to understand legal requirements in the country of Origin
- Ability to understand Shipboard Contracts & Medical & STCW requirements
- Following up on the placed Candidates & ensuring they are satisfied with the Service & placement
- New Business Development with Cruise Lines, Ship & Yacht Owners
