ASSOCIATE HOTEL DIRECTOR

One of the most important roles in making that happen is the Associate Hotel Director. Directing the hotel operations is just one of the Associate Hotel Director’s key duties.
The Associate Hotel Director creates and implements innovative methods to uphold top-quality standards, promotes an exciting and energetic environment for both employees and guests, and develops processes to achieve absolute guest satisfaction! With an international crew, these are some of the things the Associate Hotel Director and his team achieve in helping Royal Caribbean grow to become the #1 travel destination!
Minimum requirements;
- 10 years hotel managerial experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- 4-year university degree
- 5 years operational experience in the department(s) of Food and Beverage, Front Office and/or Housekeeping
- demonstrated leadership capabilities
