GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

            As the ship’s driving advocate for delivering outstanding guest service and exceeding their expectations, the Guest Services Manager plays a crucial role in growing Royal Caribbean’s success!  By managing the ship’s Guest Services division, some day-to-day activities include; creating methods to achieve absolute guest satisfaction, motivating a talented international team to excel in delivering industry-leading guest service, and training and mentoring employees for promotion and career advancement!  

 

The Guest Services Manager creates and implements fresh and innovative methods to promote Royal Caribbean’s core values & standards, which include treating our guests and employees as family!  As member of the Executive Committee, the decision-making committee onboard the ship, the Guest Services Manager plays a crucial role in directing the performance of the ship!  With an international guest services team, the Guest Services Manager helps Royal Caribbean in growing to become the #1 travel destination!

 

Minimum requirements

 

·        2 years guest-related experience in hospitality (Hotel, restaurant, ship)

·        High school degree or equivalent

·        Strong customer-service attitude
