FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

By managing the overall food and beverage functions onboard the ship, the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the restaurants, room service, employee galley and many other associated venues! 

Some day to day activities would include;

·        creating and implementing innovative methods to uphold top-quality culinary standards,

·        promoting an exciting and energetic environment for both employees and guests, and

·        developing original methods to achieve and maintain absolute sanitation and cleanliness in the restaurants! 

With close cooperation with the other managers within the shipboard food and beverage department (e.g. chefs, beverage manager, room service, restaurant managers) and an international crew, the Food and Beverage Manager plays a key role in helping Royal Caribbean continue to grow to become the #1 travel destination!

Minimum requirements;

-         5 to 7 years of food and beverage managerial experience 

-         4-year university degree

-         proven ability to coach and mentor fellow employees to prepare them for career advancement
