Onboard Marketing Manager

Your role will be to optimise on board revenue generation by analyzing financial data and developing cross-marketing and sales strategies, including:

 

• Analyzing on board revenue financial data to identify areas of opportunity.

 

 

• Developing action plans to address the areas of opportunity.

 

 

• Assessing and adjusting sales and marketing strategies.

 

 

• Directing, coaching, leading and motivating the on board revenue staff managers in the decision-making process and implementation of any revenue-related issues impacting on board operations.

 

You have 3-5 years marketing promotions, market research and/or sales analysis events, cruise lines, large resort properties or amusement/theme parks.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field from an accredited university or college, or the international equivalent preferred.

Fluent English mandatory.

Additional languages an advantage.
