Job Description:

Opportunity for experienced F&B Director on cruise ship (1500 – 2000 pax)

The Food & Beverage Director is the head of the Food and Beverage division of the Customer Operations Department on board the ship. The Food and Beverage division includes the bars, restaurants (including the Crew and Officers Messrooms), crew galley, main galley and hotel stores. The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the effective operation of the Food and Beverage division including for example, legal compliance, safety, hygiene, and administration as outlined in Fleet Instructions, and the Food Safety Policy, plus all HR policies or procedures, and all related financial and accounting procedures.

 Minimum Requirements:

Previous shipboard experience in similar role, similar capacity vessel

Excellent management & communication, revenue & cost control skills

Sound HACCP/USPH knowledge

Fluent English

 Start date: ASAP
